This statistic highlights the fact that 1 in 7 individuals will experience an injury that necessitates medical intervention. It is therefore crucial to have individuals equipped with first aid skills to mitigate the risk of permanent damage or death for those affected.

Upon Completion of This Course, Students Will Possess the Following Skills:
✔ Understand the components of First Aid Kit
✔ Assess and provide first aid care to victims with bleeding and wounds
✔ Assess and provide first aid care to victims with shock and burns
✔ Assess and provide first aid care to victims with poisoning or allergic reactions
✔ Assess and provide first aid care to chocking victims
✔ Assess and provide first aid care to victims with exposure to extreme temperatures (heat and cold)
✔ Assess and provide first aid care to victims with musculoskeletal as well as eye injuries
✔ Assess and provide first aid care to victims with head and spine injuries
